In 2024, industry veteran Vern Arnot stepped in as CEO, partnering with Lance Paskewitz to bring their shared vision to life: make life easier for construction equipment salesmen and become the most reliable partner they’ve ever worked with.

When Vern goes missing from the office, you can be sure you will find him in a machine trying out some new attachment design - we think it's just an excuse to hop back in the excavator where he grew up as a landscaper.
After selling his landscaping company, Vern joined the family business supporting a large equipment dealer network where he learned the challenges that dealers face - from caring for customers to managing equipment inventory. That's what drove his desire to positively impact the construction equipment industry with 6-star service, solid operator designed and tested products, and dealer-friendly programs.
Lance Paskewitz, Revenue Director
As a country kid on a farm, machinery wasn’t just a passion—it was a necessity.
Later, as an equipment salesman, he felt firsthand the headaches and frustrations salesmen deal with every day - pressure, high-stakes deals, and roadblocks getting in the way.
Lance's obsession with improving the lives of equipment salesmen has been the center of his entire career.
